Joe Pollard

Chief Executive Officer
From 1998 to 2004, Joe Pollard was Global Director of Media, Digital and Content where she oversaw Nike's media investments in more than 30 countries. Joe then led Nike.com from 2000 and started a branded content division to exploit Nike's intellectual property.

In 2006, Joe joined PBL Media as sales and marketing director, responsible for expanding PBL Media services into integrated marketing solutions.

Joe has been appointed as chief executive officer of ninemsn, from October, 2008.

Mr Ian Law, chairman of ninemsn, said, "Joe is an outstanding executive. We are very confident she will take the business forward."

Kerry McCabe

Commercial Director
Kerry McCabe joined ninemsn in December 2008 in the role of Commercial Director. Kerry is a member of the Executive team reporting to the CEO and leads a team of 120 across five offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.

Prior to ninemsn, Kerry spent six years with Eye Corp Australia and New Zealand, most recently as the General Manager of Sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Within the media industry, Kerry is highly respected as a creative and innovative thinker, a motivational leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills, a talented and effective negotiator and a leader in the development of corporate culture.

Alongside Kerry's professional talents and achievements, he is also very active and a leader in community support. He is the Chairman and Founder of MAYDAY (Media Assisting Youth) and is a director of Father Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets program that has achieved such high visibility and success.

Mike Sneesby

Strategic Partnerships Director
In his role as Strategic Partnership Director, Mike Sneesby manages ninemsn's key business partnerships, ninemsn's content syndication business, HWW and was responsible for setting up and continued to manage ninemsn's NZ subsidiary, MSN New Zealand.

After graduating from Wollongong University with a Bachelor of Engineering, Mike commenced working with the Department of Defence in strategy and technology roles for almost three years, before moving into management consulting with SMS Consulting.

Relocating to the US in 2001, Mike spent two years establishing and running a branch of Australian telecommunications software company Integration Management, where he worked with a number of top US telecommunications companies. In 2002, Mike returned to Australia to run the company's global technology and operations group working with key telecommunications clients throughout Asia.

Mike moved to Optus in 2003 to run Optus' Consumer Marketing Projects Group before leading one of Optus' largest projects, the rollout of a national ADSL 2+ broadband network, mid-way through 2004.

Mike joined ninemsn in 2007. He lives in Sydney with his wife and young family.

Dean Capobianco

Director of Operations & Mobile
Dean Capobianco is ninemsn's Director of Operations and Mobile, a role he was internally promoted to in April of 2009 from the position of Group Mobile Director. Prior to this, Dean was the General Manager of ninemsn's Platform Nine division.

Dean has spent over a decade working in the digital industry across three of the major publishers and within multiple disciplines. Dean was previously the Director of Sales with Yahoo! Search Marketing in Australia and New Zealand and National Group Sales Manager with News Digital Media (formerly News Interactive).

Dean's media experience incorporates all facets of display media, search marketing, online video, performance media, mobile media and content syndication whilst his business management skills include sales, ad operations, customer service, business development, technology, operations and content distribution.

Dean lives in Sydney with his wife and young family.

Nicholas Gray

National Sales Director
Nicholas was appointed to the role of National Sales Director at ninemsn in August 2009 and in his role is responsible for managing all of ninemsn's Australian sales teams covering display, performance, video and mobile.

Previously, Nicholas was Head of Strategy at ninemsn leading the finance, legal, strategy, audience insights and business development functions since January 2007. Nicholas is also on the board of two of ninemsn's investment companies, iSelect and RateCity.

Nicholas began his career in investment banking at Macquarie Bank in 1997 and spent three years in the Corporate Finance Group. In 2000 joined Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (part of Citigroup) in London, and worked in a variety of M&A, capital markets and corporate strategy roles over the following three years.

Following his return to Australia in 2003, Nicholas joined Lion Nathan's Corporate Group as the Strategy and M&A Manager. Nicholas then moved to the Australian beer business and spent a year in the sales and finance divisions.

Alex Parsons

Director of MSN Products
Alex joined ninemsn in February 2007 and currently manages MSN products businesses which includes Bing, Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger.

He began his career in the UK running web services at Ernst and Young (which later became Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) in the early days of the internet.

After returning to Australia Alex was appointed Director of Product for eBay Australia and New Zealand in 2002, as a member of the Executive Team with leadership and management responsibilities of all product and technology aspects of eBay Australia and New Zealand.

Following this Alex joined Sensis Pty Ltd where he was Group Manager of Search. In his time at Sensis Alex took the search business from being in project mode to a fully operational business.

Alex lives with his wife Anne and two children in Sydney.

Todd Forest

Director, Content & Audience Experience
Todd Forest was appointed ninemsn's Director, Content & Audience Experience in August 2009. In his role, Todd manages ninemsn's entire content team in their development of innovative and engaging digital content.

Todd has almost 20 years experience within content development and delivery, audience insights, marketing and brand building. He joins ninemsn after seven years at AOL in the US, most recently as VP of AOL's Media Networks. Todd has also held the positions of General Manager (APAC) with Jobfox and Strategic Planner with Nike Inc. in the US.

Todd began his career as a strategy consultant for The Windsor Group, Inc. in the US before working for Sara Lee in brand marketing. He studied in the US and abroad and even interned under British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown while in London.

Todd lives on Sydney's northern beaches with his wife and young family.

Josie Gosling

Human Resources Director
Josie is ninemsn's Human Resources Director. In this role Josie provides leadership to the business in building highly engaged teams and development of best practice people processes that deliver business outcomes.

Before joining ninemsn, Josie was a People & Culture Leader at Lion Nathan Limited where she worked in a number of roles over a five year period. During this time, she was responsible for leading the HR consulting team for Australia, HRIS strategy and Business Partnering across Finance and Operations.

Prior to Lion Nathan, Josie gained experience in HR and Training in Western Australia through roles with Coles Myer, AMA Training Services and Davro Commercial Furniture.

Josie has a Bachelor of Arts (Training and Development) from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. Is an active member of Talkpoint HR network, an Accredited LSI Facilitator and an Accredited Lane4 Coach.

As a proud South Australian country girl, Josie enjoys catching a game live of AFL, regular trips to the great Australian wine country, and is keen photographer and traveller.
